As the founder of Enotria Café and Wine Bar in Sacramento, Thomas built a four-star dining destination that earned multiple awards and a nomination for Restaurateur of the Year in 1996. His dedication to hospitality extended beyond the restaurant floor, as he created engaging wine education programs and a newsletter that kept his guests informed and coming back for more.

Hospitality has always been at the heart of Thomas’s journey, but his curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit have taken him far beyond the dining room. He helped Napa Valley wineries expand their reach nationally and internationally and even played a pivotal role in popularizing squid as a culinary favorite through strategic marketing initiatives. (Yes, you read that right—calamari owes some of its fame to Thomas!)

With more than 20 years of experience in software development and business architecture, he has worked across industries like telecom, finance, and e-commerce.
